Cancellation Policy
Our booking policy is designed for efficiency and fairness for our beauty specialists. Whether you book a station by the day/hour/subscription base, we offer the flexibility to manage your schedule. However, we require specialists to adhere to our 24-hour cancellation notice. If you find the need to cancel your booking, please do so with at least 24 hours notice before the day you've reserved the space. This allows us to offer the station to other interested specialists. Failing to cancel within this notice period, you'll be eligible for only a 50% refund of your booking fee. The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee to cover the lost opportunity to offer the space to others. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a professional and considerate booking system. Please plan accordingly and inform us promptly of any changes to your schedule. To maintain a clean and professional environment at Next Salon Gallery, stylists who book a station are required to adhere to the following guidelines: Supplies and Equipment: While we provide complimentary equipment and cleaning supplies, stylists are required to bring their own professional supplies and additional cleaning materials needed for their work. Cleaning Responsibilities: Stylists must clean their station, floors, and surrounding areas after each client. The shampoo bowl and its surrounding area must also be cleaned after use. This includes ensuring no hair remains in the sink or on the floor. Be mindful when applying hair dye to avoid splashing and staining surrounding areas. Compliance and Penalties: Upon the first instance of non-compliance, a warning will be issued. If the issue persists, a cleaning charge of $50 will be applied. Continued disregard for cleanliness standards may result in further disciplinary action, including potential loss of station booking privileges. General Conduct: Please be respectful and mindful of the cleanliness and upkeep of Next Salon Gallery. We have worked hard to maintain a pristine environment for all clients and staff. Ensure all used equipment is properly sanitized and stored away after each use. Dispose of waste materials appropriately and promptly. Additional Notes: Stylists should report any malfunctioning equipment or facility issues to management immediately.
