Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following booking policy: 1. Appointment Scheduling: Clients can book appointments up to 1 hour before the desired time slot. This allows our stylists to adequately prepare and ensure that we meet your styling needs with the attention and care you deserve. 2. Cancellation Policy: Life happens, and we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients on our waiting list. 4. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your appointment, kindly inform us at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time based on stylist availability. 5. No-Show and Late Cancellations: If you do not cancel your appointment within the 24 hour window or are a no-show, you will forfeit your time slot. If you paid prior to your appointment To book another appointment, a new deposit will be required. This policy is in place to respect the time of our stylists and clients. 7. Deposit Payment: Deposits can be made via our secure online payment system. Please note that the deposit must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
