Cancellation Policy

At our salon, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all our clients effectively, we have established the following booking policy: Cancellation: Clients have up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to cancel without incurring any charges. If cancelled after the 24-hour mark, the client will be credited the amount paid in full for the next scheduled appointment, depending on the service. If the service required a deposit, the deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation after the 24-hour mark. Rescheduling: Clients are allowed up to 12 hours before the appointment to reschedule without penalty. If the service required a deposit, it will be applied towards the next scheduled appointment. If the service required payment in full and the client reschedules within the 12-hour window, the amount paid will go towards the next appointment. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of payment. If a client does not show up for their appointment or reschedule within the 12-hour window, they will need to reschedule with another deposit. After three instances of no-shows, clients will be restricted from booking online and must walk in, with no guarantee of availability. Same-Day Booking: The latest a client can book an appointment is 12 hours before the start time. If a client does not show up for a same-day appointment, they will be credited for their next appointment if payment was made in full online for a specific service, or they will forfeit their deposit. Deposits for same-day bookings will not be applied towards the next service, so clients are advised to be certain of their availability for same-day appointments. Please note: Our goal is to provide excellent service to all our clients while respecting everyone's time. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of our booking policies.
