Cancellation Policy

Next Salon Gallery Booking & Service Policy At Next Salon Gallery, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth operations and a great experience for all clients, please review and agree to the following booking policy before scheduling your appointment. Independent Beauty Specialists All beauty professionals operating within Next Salon Gallery are independent contractors and not employees of the salon. When you book an appointment, you are scheduling services directly with an independent stylist or beauty specialist. Each professional: Sets their own prices, hours, and availability. Is solely responsible for the quality, timeliness, and results of their services. Manages their own payments, deposits, and refund policies. Next Salon Gallery serves as a shared workspace and booking platform only and is not liable for any service outcomes, transactions, or disputes between clients and independent stylists. Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after 24 hours may result in loss of deposit or full payment, depending on the stylist’s policy. Deposits are non-refundable after the 24-hour window unless otherwise stated by your stylist. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. If a deposit or full payment was made, it will be applied to the rescheduled date if within policy guidelines. No-Show Policy Failure to show for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of your payment or deposit. After three no-shows, online booking privileges may be suspended. Additional rescheduling or deposits may be required at your stylist’s discretion. Same-Day Bookings The latest appointment time available for booking is 12 hours before the desired start time. Same-day bookings are final — deposits or payments for same-day appointments are non-transferable and non-refundable if you fail to attend. Agreement By booking an appointment through Next Salon Gallery, you acknowledge and agree that: You are booking services with an independent beauty professional, not an employee of Next Salon Gallery. Next Salon Gallery is not responsible for the actions, performance, or results of individual stylists. You have reviewed and accepted the stylist’s individual service and cancellation policies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
