Next Salon Gallery – Advertising Disclaimer & Terms of Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for advertising your business or promotion on the in-salon screen at Next Salon Gallery located in Hutto, Texas. By submitting payment and your advertisement, you agree to all terms below:

📌 1. Ad Specifications

• Ad Size: 438 x 828 pixels (vertical format only)

• File Format: High-resolution JPG or PNG

• Design Quality: Ads must be submitted at high quality.

• Responsibility for Design: You are solely responsible for the design, resolution, and formatting of your advertisement.

• We are not responsible for the display quality of your ad if the file you submit is blurry, distorted, improperly sized, or low-resolution.

🚫 2. Content Restrictions

Next Salon Gallery reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement that includes:

• Violence, hate speech, or discrimination

• Sexual, suggestive, or adult content

• Political or controversial subject matter

• Illegal or harmful content

• Offensive or disturbing images or language
  We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful space for all clients, staff, and businesses.

📺 3. Ad Display Details

• Display Duration: 3 months (calendar-based), beginning from the confirmed start date.

• Ad Rotation: Your ad will appear on our in-salon screen as part of a 6-ad rotation.

• Frequency: Each ad is displayed once every 60 seconds for 10 seconds during regular salon hours.

• Visibility: While the screen is active and visible to clients, actual views may vary depending on salon traffic.

❌ 4. No Guarantee of Results

• Next Salon Gallery provides advertising visibility only.

• We do not guarantee any leads, sales, engagement, or business results from your ad placement.

• This is a passive marketing opportunity, and results may vary.

🔄 5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All advertising payments are final and non-refundable.

• There are no partial refunds or cancellations once your ad is submitted and payment is processed.

• In the rare case of extended screen downtime due to technical issues, we will make reasonable efforts to extend your ad run or provide a credit.

⚖️ 6. Legal Responsibility

• You must own the rights to any logos, images, trademarks, or promotional content used in your advertisement.

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Next Salon Gallery from any legal claims arising from your ad content, including copyright infringement or defamation.

📥 7. Submission & Approval

• All ads must be submitted for review prior to payment.

• You will receive an approval confirmation and payment link upon acceptance.

• Ad slots are first-come, first-served. Only 6 ads are accepted per 3-month cycle.

By submitting your advertisement and payment, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these terms and conditions in full.

• You accept full responsibility for the content and quality of your ad.

• You agree that placement on the Next Salon Gallery screen does not guarantee increased business results.

• You understand your purchase is non-refundable.
